2nd alarm was initially - Littleton Eng 3 to Bethlehem station - plus
Franconia Eng and Ladder to Twin Mtn station
also - on different radio channel - Whitefield E + R to fire plus
Jefferson Eng to fire - plus at 2351 Lancaster Ladder was sent to the
fire
it took Twin Mtn Eng 1 8 minutes to sign on - took Eng 2 9 minutes -
their station was 1 block from the fire apparently
"Twin State" is the dispatcher
scanner receiver is in Twin Mtn apparently - comms are simplex on
154.40 apparently
Twin Mountain FD is within the Town of Carroll - legally speaking
