they explain and show how the 119 system works
not in English - in Japanese - but I was able to get English captions
(which can be funny at times)
select Settings then Sub Titles (Japanes Auto Generated) then Auto
Translate then English - or something like that - you might have to
play around with it a little to get the exact right sequence
they have 26 fire stations - rigs get out door before 119 call is terminated
both a heart attack dispatch and a fire dispatch are simulated -
showing caller and dispatcher and responders all in same view
they start by showing all the WRONG ways to report a heart attack -
calling some long phone number - I think they say - dont call your
local station on the long phone number and dont take the victim to the
fire station - because they might be out on a call or out training
CAD shows closest unit in KMs and in real time map dispaly
