2718 - 1 caller inside - neighbor says 4 kids in home

2736 - PD at scene - fire showing

2757 - amb sent and signs on

2917 - Chief 3 told kids upstairs - rooms to left and right

2953 - 4 kids inside per cop

3005 - Chief 3 at scene - request Fort Drum FD and recall of Platoons A and C

3046 - 2nd amb sent

1. they lost nearly 1 minute with sob call - not sure how that
happened - maybe someone called 911 all out of breath - or neighbors
had screaming girl who was out of breath

2. slow PD dispatch

3. cops dont have scba - cant go inside
