the only missing info - first alarm is only transmitted when flames
are seen inside building or when smoke is seen inside buiding or
coming from bld - or something similar
burnt food can cause smoke in a building - but it rarely causes any
damage - but it could set the kitchen cupboards on fire
a blow back of an oil burner can cause a bang and smoke - but rarely
causes a danger
a barbecue fire produces smoke and fire - but no danger
a spark from an electrical outlet usually is not a big deal
