someone put ALL of the fire hydrants on http://www.openfiremap.org/ -
you can also see them on Google Maps - some or all have large signs -
maybe they just have cisterns like Tokyo - but they do have above
ground and below ground hydrants - come to think of it - the above
ground hydrants have more than 1 outlet (with no valves) so they must
be pressurized
main roads are divided into sections - maybe 1 mile long each - or
maybe they break at city district borders - section 1 is possibly
always in the SW or downtown area - section numbers seem to increase
to north and east (away from downtown) - section 8 north and section 7
east might be the highest numbered sections
