to recap Polk County FL - first due engine got lost somewhat - first
due engine asked dispatcher to contact homeowner (very weird / unusual
in my book) - probably no one could quite believe that the dispatcher
had the caller on the phone for 15 minutes in a burning building
(again - that is very weird / unusual in my book)
also - iirc - the battalion chief was trying to give the captain the
hint that he should be going for an interior attack - iirc the first
engine had 4 people on board - they could have stretched 4 attack
lines
