1 pm edt - commercial alert system - 3 or 4 beeps - sounded like
EAS/EBS tones - tones were approx 1 second each - separated 1 second
apart
had to go into Messaging to see the text - small red icon at top of
home screen took me nowhere - "This is a test of the Commercial Mobile
Alerting System. This is only a test."
what the heck is CMAS?
