maybe in kansas
suggestion was made that complete nationalization of all medevacs is
needed to have a good system
some radio traffic heard in story - or phone traffic - as medevac was
requested and rendevouz at hospital was arranged - possible that
victim waited at hospital lZ for 30 minutes before helo arrived
