Water Not Utilized
Ladder 21-7 was parked directly behind Engine 21-6 and had a 500
gallon tank. That 500 gallons was not utilized until well after the
mayday. Had 21-7 supplied 21-6 as soon as they set up, the hose crew
may have been able to complete extinguishment of the bedroom fire.
