previously they used VHF low and UHF - now all mobiles and portables
are on VHF highband
the 453.6875 is probably for consoles at the fire stations and
dispatch office to control the 154.3625 repeater
Its good to see any agency may a major improvement to their radio
system like this - but the devil is in the details - how good is
portable radio coverage? - if they have any remote receivers AND they
have the MO3s - you would think that portable coverage would be solid
/ static free in 99% of the area 99% of the time - even in basements
and manholes
