(not sure how they handle structure fires without bunker gear and scba)

maybe it is 100 miles from the nearest structural FD

I just looked it up - it is 25 miles to nearest Rural Fire Station -
and it is 26 miles to the nearest Suburban Fire Station - I would love
to know who they sent and when - the nearest town is West Wyalong /
Wyalong - and they have 1 rural station and 1 suburban station - 1
mile from each other - rural guys are vols - suburban guys are paid -
would love to know who got sent

I noticed the same thing in the Sydney area - some rural stations are
very close to city stations - and some city areas are 6 miles from a
city station

They might desperately need to merge these 2 FDs
