at 900 ish you can see that first unit to arrive was paid - and 2nd
unit was everest vols - and 3rd unit was paid I think
starting around 1555 you can hear the vols radio traffic - it sounds
like a CB channel
I am still not sure how the vols get dispatched - I suspect that they
just jump the city calls somehow - or a civilian calls the vols phone
number instead of the paid guys phone number
