comms are on the other tape

not sure why city fd did not have helo at scene - or county sheriff -
I think they both have hoists
was a smuggling boat per reports - 2 died
this video tape has Marine Ch 16 and 73 radio comms - as does the other tape
lifeguards arrived first with 3 jet skis and a skiff - uscg also
quickly arrived from the sound of things - the 40 foot smuggler boat
completely fell apart in the surf
