this is near the navy base in buenos aires ... right next to downtown
... you can see the highrises to the left ... there are 3 cops there
... maybe they are arresting anyone leaving the navy base and sending
them to vote in peru
south america is very weird
or maybe this is a very temporary polling place for any peru citizens
... maybe they are just trying to catch illegal peruvites
there might be a navy fire station right around here but maybe it is
down the street actually
