find a parcel - drill down - get basic info - scroll to bottom of
basic info - select 'District Info' - that will tell you what city,
township, fire protection district, politicians, school district, park
district, library district are involved
there is a map layer of fire districts - you can see exactly which
buildings are in which FPDs - no more than 10% approx of the county is
in a FPD - FPDs are separate taxing districts - sometimes they run
their own FDs - sometimes they hire a nearby FD to serve their area
to find the owner of a parcel you need top get the parcel number and
go to the assessor website and drill down
