remember the mill fire that tore thru Weed CA?

exactly how did that fire wipe out 2 neighborhoods before the 2 fire
stations could even arrive from less than 1 mile away?

1 minute delay in paging probably did not help

I wonder if there was a delayed alarm from the mill? do they have a
fire brigade? did they try to fight the fire alone? would not make
much sense since the weed city fire station was only 500 feet away

note - some blds outside fire perimeter were damaged and destroyed -
and some of lake shastina burned - looks like 50% of blds within fire
perimeter were destroyed - what does that tell us? we need a play by
play of who did what - tankers and pumpers - and we need elevation
,maps - not gonna hold my breath
