- FY 22/23 city budget - FD has 361 firefighters + 151 fire equipment
operators + 147 fire captains + 18 fire district chiefs + 7 loss
control officers + 23 fire prevention inspectors - training 20 FFs as
paramedics in FY23 and 40 in FY24 since FD responds to all traffic
incidents - 100 dispatchers work for PD - PD has 945 total sworn
