how much would they have gotten if the fires were caused by lightning?
this feels like a $4B scam - if they have been doing nothing to
prepare for wildfires - why should they get $4B when a wildfire hits?
if this just a typical deep pockets lawsuit turned around a little bit?
everyone should have had fire insurance - so why is the feds giving them $4B?
even if the USFS "caused" the fire - did anyone prove malfeasance or
malevolence? - if the usfs was in between a rock and a very hard place
- with no way out - then is anyone surprised that a huge fire broke
out?
