Vegan ketoer here - it's doable, but does take more planning. Your
plant-based protein sources will almost certainly have some amount of
carbs, even in small amounts, and that adds up. Soy (tofu or TVP),
nuts and nut butters (peanuts or almonds), seeds (hemp, chia, pumpkin)
and protein powders (pea and/or soy) are key sources to consider.
Basically, I'd encourage you to give some plant sources a try as, if
for no other reason, it helps add some variety and adventure to your
keto meals! Good luck.
