they are slow turning out
they could maybe use opticom instead of moving stations to fill holes
- in one case they mention traffic lights as being a problem - in
another case they started a closest first due procedure with a
suburban fd
goal - als in 480 seconds 90% of time - actual is 70%
saw a news report that they reactivated a 2nd als rescue downtown in 2021
first engine goal is 320 seconds 90% of time - actual is 75%
