B. Commendations, Presentations, and Proclamations:
1. A dispatcher of the year award was presented to Kailey Tucci and
was presented by the Chief of Police Rich McEachin.
2. A officer of the year award was given to Jorge Esparza for his hard
work and dedication. Chief Rich McEachin praised his work and
experience catching DUI drivers.
3. Gerardo Chavez took the Oath of Office as Sergeant of Police.
4. Chief met with the City of Gustine on possible Provision of
Dispatch Services. They have since contracted with the City of
Livingston.

- the county fire station in town has a good relationship with the

is that a combined city / county station - seems weird that the county
would have a 4 bay station with just 1 truck it in - but its already
plenty weird with 3 paid county guys and 10 county pcf working from
the station
