how many calls have been missed? how long have been the delays? iirc
they have a TRS - they can probably easily do alerting via the TRS -
give every fire station 20 portable radios or Unication pagers - put 1
in every room - put each radio on a separate talkgroup - 20 X 7 - only
140 talkgroups needed - they can page out each urinal separately if
required
