heard via a broadcastify feed / live scanner audio feed
1202 pm east time - chirp or two - "L A testing backup dispatch system
on V4" - nothing else heard for 15 minutes ish after
maybe we had all 5 V tac channels running then - nothing heard on any
other channels if that was the case
we last heard 'backup dispatch' on 154.40 iirc - maybe they moved the
backup dispatch off 154.40 because isnt 154.40 their air/ground
channel?
