dispatch agency for every Emergency Service Number zone in Vermont
essentially this list tells every 911 dispatcher who the responsible
agency is very every square inch in Vermont - however - Interstates
may not be indicated separately - not sure about that
we have seen these listings so far - ESN 500 and ESN 512 - university
of vt at burlington - ESN 578 and 579 for Burlington Airport - ESN 568
and 569 for Global Foundries - etc
