looks like they spend $68K per year to fly the mechanics to the
villages to repair trucks - and probably fly training officers to the
villages also
medevac program might be brand new - 8 specialists + 1 captain
each of the 7 villages has 1 FT chief + 1 FT lieutenant + 2 ish FT
ff/emt + maybe some vols
hq has approx 21 ft staff - so probably 7 on duty per shift - maybe at
port barrow
