was that a radio pirate that cancelled the mutual aid at the beginning
of the tape?
that is a 154.19 repeater - and maybe a couple of other FDs in the
area use the channel in simplex mode for paging - which is really
really not good
the audio on the tape is very good - not digital obviously (scanners
dont seem to hear digital very well)
