Broadcastify Calls Support for SDRTrunk Conventional Channels

We now support SDRTrunk conventional call handling. But we need to
test it into production.

openmhz has had this capability for a while - or similar capability -
there are conventional channel feeds in bristol county mass on open
mhz - they hjave been there for a year or two iirc

eDispatches could go wild over this - $50 in hardware can set up any
FD or ambulance or PD in the world - 1 dongle plus 1 mini computer -
and then use voice to text to set up a paging system via Twitter or
whatever
