SOPS 8 - USCG Cutter Chadwick and Sector Boston Command Center

sops 8 might be the air command net that we were thinking of - maybe
cutter chadwick had an armed military helo on board - uscg has some
uhf air am channels they primarily use to talk to uscg helos and
planes - they also might use freqs in the 410 mhz range
