types of stations basically - a cal fire station has either - 1 engine
- or - 2 engines and 1 dozer
some repeater sites are on the map - no list of radio channels
this is an agreement between Cal Fire and the fire departments in
Contra Costa County
note - on high days - first alarm gets 8 engines - we assume that is a
mixture of local and cal fire engines - (not 8 cal fire plus 8 local)
