the problem is - the la county coverage map is an extreme example of
swiss cheesedom

bell canyon has always fascinated me - iirc most of the mansions are
in ventura county - but the only access is via los angeles county -
and since LA County FD does not have any stations in the area - its
falls onto LA City FD to cover Bell Canyon - with some long runs

remember - there are 2 types of mutual aid - 'automatic' and 'regular'
