gonna guess that this is the place that decides were the LATs and
VLATs and smokejumpers and hotshot crews roost - to a certain extent
there is a list of "national resources" - and all of the "national
resources" are operationally controlled by NICC - the aircraft desk at
NICC is the one to make the decision to move the tankers from CA to NM
- maybe in conjunction with a whole slew of fire bosses
for example - if tankers 910 and 911 are in sacramento calif - and
there is a huge fire in NM -
