this might be tokyo fd actually - we need to look it up
by 'police station' they mean 'fire station' - fire battalion actually
- not sure why the translation comes thru as 'police station' but we
have seen that before
at least we have a partial idea of what the yellow sign says
not sure if fukusho is a branch station or not? fyi very few of the
tokyo branch stations have ladders - maybe about 5 of 200 - (but all
82 of the battalion stations have ladders - or nearly all)
