they had a water handling class from ?Big Water? in 2011 but never
followed up - imagine how much they have overpaid for home insurance
since then - maybe millions - there are many many many VFDs out there
with ISO Class 4 ratings - Class 9 is really bad - Class 10 means
there is no FD - so Class 9 means 'there is barely a FD' - which makes
no sense since Casco has tons of water supplies in town and a good
radio system and enough fire stations and trucks - they just didnt
document what they had
on the other hand - they could go to ISO Class 1 tomorrow - and next
week have a fire that takes out 1,000 homes - look at Gatlinburg TN
