[ not like a FD at all - FD is usually 95% salaries - and 5% other costs ]
not trying to be a total sycophant - but if they made $5M profit - and
have a relatively new bld and equipment - then they could give their
employees a $5M bonus - imho - unless they need to save the money for
a rainy day - they didnt tell us how much money they already had in
the bank - and what rainy day are they worried about?
