"Operations" probably means main channel / home channel / channel
where they do normal day to day calls - maybe is also used for
training and working fires - maybe is known as Channel 1 or Mansfield
Fire main channel or just "Mansfield Fire"
Channel 2 is probably used when Ch 1 is busy - or when there is a
special event at the Xfinity Special Event Place
Channel 3 should not have base station - its the input to Ch 2 - which
means that Ch2 and Ch3 cannot be used at the same time - are they
aware of this?
