we joked about this type of situation a few years ago - fire officer
kneels down - checks under fire engine - does not see any babys or
children - dives into cab screaming GO GO GO - thats the only way to
drive off and be nearly 100% sure you are not running over anyone -
just takes a second for kid to see a penny on the road and bend over
to pick it up
