we watched the 2.5 hours of this 6.5 hour tape

Ian Whiffen shows that John Okeefe's phone arrived at 34 Fairview Rd
and remained on the front lawn to 6 am

but the location data is kinda vague - but generally speaking - the
phone stayed in the front yard overnight - there were location records
generated throughout the night - they did not show any movement of the
phone

on the other hand - there was no definite sign of any violent impact -
there was 1 general indication of a westward movement on the front
lawn

accuracy showed as 5 meters usually - apparently this is "average"
accuracy - so to translate - '5 meter accuracy' means that '50% of the
time - the phone is within 5 meters of the location'

to translate yet again - apparently the best we can say is - if your
phone thinks that it is located in the middle of a big field - and the
phone is showing an (average) accuracy of 5 meters - then the reality
is that your phone is actually located within 5 meters of the middle
of that field, only 50% of the time - the other 50% of the time you
(and your phone) could be on Mars

note - whiffen did have diagrams showing that JOK phone traveled along
the right side of roads all along the path from the bar to 34 Fairview
- so that looked realistic

note - whiffen maybe never did a test to see what JOK phone would show
during a snow storm at 34 Fairview Rd - in fact the prosecution never
tested any cellphones at 34 Fairview Rd to see how they would operate

we need to listen to the rest of the video and review all of this
again - it is very technical - but we might be up to the task
