only took the winhall fd 4 minutes to get 2 engines on the road - but
it took them 10 minutes to travel to the scene
VT State Police apparently arrived first and said that there were 4
status 1 patients with 1 being trapped
someone requested a helo early on - must have been on the police side
stratton mtn rescue volunteered to respond 10 minutes into the call -
not sure why they didnt go on the first dispatch
run card called for 1 manchester amb and 1 manchester engine on the
first dispatch - they never came up on 154.145 R in the first 15
minutes of the call
its possible that winhall rescue failed to respond - maybe just 1 of
their members signed on - and that was after the 2nd page - which was
5 minutes after the first page
tone sets are just transmitted once - tones are approx 2 sec + 3 second
124 eng 1 told 124 eng 4 that the crash was in deadmans curve while
they were responding - pretty sure thats a whole nuther story
