wildfire season is only about 8 months
2015 - One seasonal patrolman is assigned to the West Tisbury fire
observation tower - (not sure what that means exactly - do they have 1
person in the tower but no one to staff a fire vehicle?)
there is info here about radio equipment at the towers also
