looks like their basic organization is 4 TY6 engines + 3 militias + 1 dozer TY3
as of today - 1 of their TY6 engines is off forest - but they have 4
TY6 engines from out west on the forest - from mt and wa etc - they
also have a WY patrol engine (?TY7?) and a Shasta Module (maybe 5 hand
crew guys)
only 1 of the 4 local engines shows as being in service at 9 am today
- ?????? - do they have no staff? they have to bring in people from
oregon because no one is employed in kentucky to run the engines -
that seems very odd
militia = local admins and planners and land mgmt folks who can also
work as a hand crew - all are FT usfs staff - apparently none of them
can operate a TY6 engine - maybe they are all on furlough due to the
federal government shutdown
