new zealand fire has 3 comm centers

https://portal.fireandemergency.nz/notices-news-and-events/news/celebrating-our-amazing-comcens-people/

north and central and south

Our ComCen people work across the same-coloured watch system as the
career fire brigades, with a slight difference in that all ComCen
shifts are 12 hours long. The ComCen covers the entire motu including
the Chatham Islands who joined the national 111 service in November
2021.

(iirc they dispatch all the paid stations and all of the volunteer
stations - a nationwide operation - maybe the only fire stations they
dont dispatch are airports and military and industrial - and there
probably is no more than 20 of them)
