The Okolona Fire Department EMS Division provides 24-hour advanced
life support emergency medical care to the citizens of the Okolona
Fire District. The agency operates under a Class I ALS/BLS license
from the Kentucky Board of Emergency Medical Services. The Okolona
Fire District currently has five Type 1 transport ambulances to
provide service to the community.

might be spare / reserve / auxiliary ambulances (100 series)
this FD might alert their off duty staff to run extra engines and
ambulances on major calls - not really sure - but they have some 100
series engines and some 100 series ambulances - and iirc the radio sop
says that 100 series is auxiiary units (not primary units)
