almost seems like they wanted to be heard

anyone with the nifc or nifog channels programmed into an old 100 year
old scanner would have heard this - unless this was the input to NIFC
Cmd 8 - then maybe just the most hardcore scanner fans would hear it

anyone scanning the fed bands would have heard it

anyone using close call would have got it

strange

maybe its not really feds - maybe it gringos or Yukes
