OK - we see the problem - this fire district is divided by a large
river - west of the river is in the town of groton - east of the river
is in the town of stonington - they have 1 fire station on each side
of the river - but they are dispatched by Groton - we should check
their radio channels - they might not use either towns radiop channels
they have a street box system - wonder who receives those alarms - ????
