Last week, LAFD presented a report to the fire commission that
revealed their "out of service rate for reserve apparatus consistently
exceeds 95%."
what does that even mean? all the reserve rigs are broken? thats weird
- they probably need to grab 100 new or nearly new engines - AND FAST
- before the next red flag - which could be tomorrow
manchester ct could contribute 5 reserve rigs that are only 5 years old - right?
