county has started to provide some medics since 2021
there probably needs to be a countywide combined public safety agency
with police fire ems game warden state police medevac forest warden
SAR ski patrol railroads fort drum etc
anywhere else in the us this would be a national forest - not sure why
it isnt - probably goes back to 1910
