based where - even though they might all be at forest hq for the
winter

in 45 minutes
type 6 engines probably have crews of 2 people
type 4 engines might have crews of 3 or 4 people
rappelers fly in helos
hand crews travel in crew transport trucks
modules = crew = "company" - the staffing
type 2 hand crew is the usfs employees who are not in the fire program
but they are trained to function as an 'on call' / 'call when needed'
