Re: wash dc has 2 psaps

looks like the Naval Research Lab PSAP and the Anacostia Bolling PSAP
and the Naval Observatory PSAP were all consolidated in 2021 into the
Washington Naval District Regional PSAP in 2021 - per info from the
fcc psap registry in nov 2025

Capitol Hill PD does not have their own PSAP apparently - maybe thats
why they tell everyone to call their 11 digit telephone number
