Plainfield CT has 4 fire districts and each collects their taxes separately
usually the local government collects these taxes and shoots them back
to the fire districts
this might be the first town we have seen with multiple fire tax
collection points - except that some of the subscription FDs do
collect "dues" directly - like in the Little Rock AR area iirc
