portsmouth is interesting
all dispatch is on 154.19 R except as noted
not really sure how the 911 system works - all calls go to Concord
maybe - or maybe some 911 call go to Rock Co Dispatch - callers or
info might be forwarded to the other dispatch points - iirc the fcc
psap registry just shows 1 psap for rock co - and that might be a
2ndary psap
not sure how pease angb ties into this - their fd has historically
been on 173.5875 or similar channel
